Capacity Building Programme: The Knowledge Factory family is your active partner in the capacity development of people, organisations and society as a whole in other to unleash, strengthen, create, adapt and maintain human, organisational and institutional  capacity over time. We use an integrated approach to capacity development so that:

"Individuals, organizations, and institutions can exploit  the  knowledge capital within the Knowledge Factory to develop their abilities (individually and collectively) to perform functions, solve problems and set and achieve objectives. Organization can enhance their ability  to function as a resilient, strategic and successful  entity"

The ultimate goal of our  capacity development programs is to support the development of better skill oriented individuals, more responsive and effective institutions and a better policy environment for pursuing development objectives. A key message in our programme is  the importance of going beyond mere skills transfer towards supporting individual and organisational  leadership and strategic decision-making, accountability systems and a culture of learning and innovation. Our programme and support  is as much about skills and systems as it is about support, incentives and performance improvement

The focus of our capacity strengthening agendas  is to work with our partners and clients to build enterprising, innovating, knowledgeable and sustainable capacity for leaderships, individual and organisation performance improvement and  good governance in private companies, public sector/government departments/agencies and none governmental organisations(NGOs).

Therefore;

Through our Capacity Building Programme  we seek to  build adaptable, learning and  sustainable human and institutional capacity for enterprise, innovation, leadership and good governance for private, public and NGO sectors.

Through our Capacity Building Programme we aim to reinforce individual and institutional capacity  for our partners and clients.
