A free initial meeting will allow us to explore your problem or opportunity. You will need to put aside an hour or so of your time. We will then propose a course of action which includes a defined outcome. This proposal is likely to be a short study or work to meet a specific objective.

Both of these activities are at no charge to you.

We then undertake the work outlined in the proposal, and present the findings to you.

At this point we could leave, or you could ask us to implement the findings. If we stay, then any work we manage would be run under appropriate governance.
