Client Support: Our Method of Work with you

We use two interlocking and complimentary approaches on each performance improvement project/assignment.

The first is 6D, which describes the order in which we approach the work we do with you. Our initial engagement might be to carryout a Diagnostics (the requirements analysis), and Define (the proposal). This might then be followed by one or more cycles of Design (the method of solution), Develop (the solution), Deliver (the solution and output) and Drive (out the business benefit). 6D describes when the activities happen. The requirements and solution describe what the deliverables of the performance improvement project are

Cycle Diagram

From the Diagnostics stage to driving our the business benefits, we consider what we have called the 3PS(People. Process, Products and Systems). 3PS(People, Process, Process and Systems) describes how the performance improvement project/work will be performed.

 Target Diagram

The  3PS analysis approach also describes how we consider the total organisation underpinned by its People, Process, Product and Systems, and the impact to your business or organisation. The results and outcomes are created by Performance Improvement  Projects we carry out for you, and this is according to a process followed by considering People, Products  and Systems supporting your organisation

Why are we different, or better, than anyone else?

We have many years' experience of helping businesses and organisations improve their performance. Our Improvement Advisors/consultants are mature, with enough gravitas to be credible at any level, yet pragmatic when determining the solution. The reason we exist is to ‘make a difference’. We have no interest in forcing an unsuitable solution on you - our aim is to build a long-term relationship with you based on results.

We are experienced practitioners used to using PRINCE2, Six Sigma, various performance improvement techniques - and common sense. Whilst we can prepare your company or department for external assessment, our experience is that we are engaged because you want business performance improvement to be reflected in ‘the bottom line’, not a certificate on the wall. In any assignment or project, we take the most appropriate parts of the relevant frameworks and mix it with our experience and your culture & preferences. We bring the same experience and insight whether you are a multi-national or an SME.
