Government Ministries and Departments:

Government Agencies and Parastatals:

We are able to work with you enhance your ability to work with the international community, this can including how to secure external funding, how to commercialise your project outputs and how to develop partnerships.

Universities:
We are able to assist your organisation using our 3PS performance improvement matrices. We work with the senior management of the Universities to increase their international reach that is able to enhance their profile, collaborative programme and student recruitments.

Non-Governmental Organisations
We are able to support Non-Governmental organisations to meet their Performance Improvement requirements. We promotes a comprehensive performance improvement approach to create a more efficient working environment for their frontline and management staff. We are able to work with the NGO to secure funding for them. This includes capacity development for their staff. In some cases we adopt our 3PS matrices as the basis for carrying out diagnostics of the NGO and subsequently developing additional support for the organisation.
